We used a carry-on low-light demonstration box with a controllable floodlight source to demonstrate AI-powered denoising and video enhancement. We decreased the light level from natural light (~100 Lux) to below 0.05 Lux, demonstrating how the Hailo-15 AI vision processor enables keeping the high image quality even in very low light, while reducing the noise and keeping file size low for minimum bandwidth. Demo shows that video quality and sharpness is maintained in low light, enabling clear color, texture and character preservation, and clear motion detection with minimum blur, which eventually enable highly accurate video analytics and low error-rates even in complete darkness.
