Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Israeli payroll process. Ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery, including salary payments, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Work with payroll software and systems to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Responsible for all social benefits topics – social benefits forms, 101 and 161 forms, social release letter, health insurance and other.
  • Ongoing work with external pension and benefits agencies.
  • Addressing queries about payroll-related issues
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure payroll alignment with company policies and financial objectives. Support audits and ensure readiness for any external or internal payroll reviews.
  • Generating and processing payroll reports (Reserve duty benefits, travel, sick-leave, convalescence, and vacation reports, etc.)
  • Posting payroll JE’s and provide monthly analysis as part of month closing
  • Responsibility for the company’s attendance management system

Requirements

  • Payroll accounting certificate
  • Previous experience as a Payroll controller, preferably within a global company
  • Excel knowledge (PIVOT, VLOOKUP formulas)
  • Responsible, thorough, good people and service skills
  • Adherence to ethical guidelines, including confidentiality
  • Ability to work intensely on payroll dates, to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to keep track of numerous ongoing tasks.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • English – both written and spoken.
