The AI chatbot is an automated system designed to provide information and assistance based solely on information, Hailo’s documentation or content available for Hailo’s registered users on Hailo’s Developer Zone and Hailo’s Community.
The AI chatbot generates response automatically using artificial intelligenceand probabilistic models, and therefore may produce inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated information (“hallucinations”). While we strive to provide accurate information through the AI chatbot, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or up-to-date nature of the information provided. The information provided by the AI chatbot may not reflect the opinion, recommendations or official position of Hailo, and does not replace Hailo official documentation, contractual commitments, or responses provided by Hailo authorized representatives. Users are encouraged to use the AI chatbot responses solely as a starting point and to verify the information against official Hailo documentation and other authoritative sources.
The AI chatbot does not provide legal, regulatory, technical, commercial, or professional advice of any kind. Users expressly acknowledge and agree that they shall not rely on any AI chatbot response as advice or as a basis for making decisions, including but not limited to development, deployment, compliance, or commercial decisions.
Users of the AI chatbot bear sole responsibility for their interactions and reliance on the information provided. We prioritize the privacy and security of our users’ information and the use of the AI chatbot is subject to Hailo’s Privacy Policy. Processing of chatbot interaction data is based on Hailo’s legitimate interests in operating, maintaining, securing, and improving its Developer Zone and Community. Chatbot conversations may be logged and reviewed by Hailo’s personnel for quality assurance, security, and improvement purposes. While the system retains logs of these conversations, this data is not used to train AI models. Do not share any sensitive or personal information in your interactions with the AI chatbot. Hailo reserve the right, but not the obligation, to implement tools to prevent the sharing of personal information, which may prevent the response of the AI chatbot if the AI chatbot detects inclusion of personal information.
