In this position

As a Sales Manager for Hailo in the US, you will be the key sales figure leading Hailo’s engagements with targeted customers. You will be the direct point of contact for our customers, reporting to NA GM, managing the overall engagement at your customers and driving Hailo’s technology to mass deployment in North America.

Responsibilities


  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reaching out to customers leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory market’s potential, and track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.


Requirements


  • Experienced as a Sales Representative in Technology
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Locations: Bay Area or East Coast and close proximity to a major airport


Advantages

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline
  • Experience in Embedded Systems and full-stack HW/SW solutions
  • Experience in Edge AI, Security, or Image Processing
