Product Marketing Manager

About The Position

Hailo is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to drive outbound marketing strategies to improve awareness, the share of voice, sales pipeline, and market position for Hailo’s products. The PMM creates and drives global go-to-market plans to drive competitive advantage, revenue, and market share in our focus segments. The PMM is required to have deep knowledge of the target audience coupled with a strong understanding of Hailo’s products, technology, business, and competitors. The PMM is a talented and flexible individual who enjoys leading and thriving in cross-functional teams. Innovative thinking, understanding of semi-sales processes, know-how of marketing tools and a proactive mindset are essential in this role.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive and develop outbound materials including launch materials, campaign materials, customer presentations, solution papers, pre-sales/sales training materials and more
  • Develop strongly differentiated product positioning and messaging and evangelize Hailo’s products to the target markets across all marketing platforms
  •  Act as the voice of the target market to the rest of the business team, system group, R&D and the company, and influence the marketing and product strategy appropriately 
  • Identify market and business opportunities across different market segments and develop a value proposition for each
  •  Lead outbound marketing activities including launch plans, go-to-market strategy, company and product positioning, messaging, branding and marketplace analysis
  • Drive new product and marketing initiatives to improve the company’s competitive position and recommend investment decisions for new product capabilities
  • Work effectively with the business group, management, system and R&D to lead and execute on a wide variety of product marketing initiatives
  • Gather and define market requirements and pursue their implementation to drive Hailo’s product leadership

Requirements

  • Technical background necessary, degree in Engineering/Computer Science or similar required
  • 5+ years of industry experience with product marketing or similar position in a B2B company, preferably in the semiconductor market
  •  Experience in supporting global sales and business development teams
  • Ability to multi-task and drive to completion a diverse number of tasks
  •   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills and strong creativity in message delivery
  •   Strong affinity for understanding target audiences, needs and purchase process
  •   Proven experience in leading market-driven changes in companies
  •  Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • A true team player with great communication skills
